CONGRESSIONAL REFORM ACT OF 2017

1. Term Limits: 12 years only, one of the possible options below.

    A. Two Six year Senate terms
    B. Six Two year House terms
    C. One Six year Senate term and three Two Year House terms

        Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career.  The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, serve your term(s), then go home and back to work.

2.  No Tenure / No Pension: 

A congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.  

3.  Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security and Social Security can never be used for anything but its original intent.

Social Security must be restored, reimbursed and removed from the general funds as it is not an entitlement but rather monies collected for retirement benefits. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund moves to the Social Security system immediately.  Only those who have paid into the system shall be eligible to draw from the system. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, Congress participates with the American people. This is the only way the system will ever get fixed. 

4. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan just as all Americans have to.

5. Congress can no longer vote themselves a pay raise.  Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system Congress passes for the American people.

7. Congress must equally abide in all laws they impose on the American people. Again, nothing can be fixed unless Congress lives by the same laws they create for the citizenry.

THE AMERICAN’S FOR FAIR GOVERNMENT ACT

1. Any and all peoples are welcome to America but must come through legal channels created for that purpose. Therefore, no one may receive benefits   that are not naturalized citizens and have paid taxes as naturalized citizens.

2. Congress shall devise a system for moving able bodied people from the Welfare Systems now used, whatever the system.

An able bodied person is anyone who can be trained for some type of work that they can do. Any Doctor who says a person cannot work who can actually do some type of work will be banned from practicing medicine.

3. Congress shall DEVISE A PLAN in conjunction with the American Business Community to replace Public Welfare as we know it today. Any able bodied American who refuses to participate may do so but will not be entitled to public assistance of any kind including public housing.

The training plan:

• Business shall agree to hire and train able bodied Americans for two years with the Government paying their salaries and any benefits the company offers other employees.

• The third year the Government will pay for two-thirds of the employee’s salary and the employer will pay on-third.

• The fourth year Government will pay one-third of the employee’s salary and the employer will pay two-thirds.

• The company will pay full benefits beginning the 5^th year.

In 5 years, America will have a trained workforce equal with any country in the world with all Americans working and paying taxes making the tax burden lighter on everyone, saving Americans trillions of dollars.

This will leave only people on the Welfare rolls who simply cannot work and they should be taken care of in the best of facilities with the very best of care that can be afforded.

4. America may never interfere with the number of children a family can have but America will pay for only the national average for children on Public Welfare. If the average home has 2 and ½ children, then anyone legally on welfare will be paid for 2 and ½ children. Again, they may have as many as they wish.

5. America must rethink our support of countries around the world.

A. Countries who do not agree with our policies will not receive    American money or American help.

   B. Countries who allow our enemies to use their county for any purpose will not receive American money or American help.

   C. Countries who supply our enemies with anything that will eventually wind up helping our enemies will not receive American money or American help.

    D. Countries who are not in agreement with America may not purchase American properties or businesses or companies in America who wish to sell properties to these countries may not do so.

6. Any country who engages war with America Can expect full retaliation from heavy bombing, including nuclear weapons if necessary, leveling their country with foot soldiers as the last measure. Nothing will be exempt from the air strikes including sacred sites as everything will be leveled.

7. Any country that interferes will place themselves in jeopardy of being next.

8. The United Nations is stacked against America and must be disbanded. If not disbanded, removed from American soil and without American support.

9. No business or bank or any other institution may be bailed out if they enter into business practices that causes them to fail. If the economy ever gets to the point that it looks like the country will fail, each taxpaying citizen shall be given $1,000,000.00 dollars to spend to jump-start the economy again. Had this been followed in 2007-09, the economy would be booming now and the Federal Government would have saved trillions of dollars in moneys they gave to people/companies who caused the problems and who are now sitting on the moneys they were given.

10. The Supreme Court of the land must return to its original intention; that of interrupting the laws of the land and not in making laws of the land.
